Many of Advanzia’s projects are initiated and implemented by employees of the company. The “Advanzia Plus” committee, which is comprised of members from all departments of the company, meets regularly to discuss CSR initiatives and internal improvement suggestions.
If we choose to support a particular measure, we ensure that it follows our four CSR principles.

Since 2016 we have been supporting the Luxembourg-based organisation ASA asbl, which trains guide dogs for people with physical or mental disabilities. We do this by collecting bottle caps – an initiative supported by several other companies in Luxembourg. We also sponsor puppies that become guide dogs for a person with disabilities. Featured on the photo is Poppie, the Advanzia-sponsored guide dog in training.

We are working with the ‘SuperDrecksKëscht’ in Luxembourg, an initiative created by the Luxembourg government in 1985 aimed at reducing waste. In addition to the recycling of reusable materials, our involvement extends to providing regular waste management training for employees. For these initiatives, we have been granted their “label for companies”.
We have been awarded the ESR label, which is granted to Luxembourg-based companies that are socially responsible. The label is awarded by the National Institute of Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (iNDR).
