Our vision drives us forward

​​​​We want to continue along our ambitious growth trajectory by tapping into new markets. At the same time, our goal is to gain recognition in Europe as an online bank specialising in credit card solutions and consumer finance.

We aim to achieve our goals by offering our customers and business partners competitive, straightforward and transparent products and solutions. We focus on expanding into new markets, for which we are developing consistently high-quality products coupled with outstanding benefits and excellent customer service.

Our actions are based on six key values that provide the grounding for the ongoing development of our company, both now and in the future.

  • Simplicity: Our products and solutions should be simple: Goal-oriented for business customers and comprehensible for consumers.
  • Trust: We rely on a solid legal framework in the renowned banking centre of Luxembourg. Our company is subject to Luxembourg and EU legislation and is monitored by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
  • Transparency: Communication with our customers is clear and simple. We publish our quarterly and annual reports on our website, providing a good insight into the bank’s success since its foundation in 2005.
  • Exc​ellence: We want to offer our customers straightforward products, bespoke solutions and customer-oriented service both now and in the future. We achieve this by relying on the expertise of our international team.
  • Diversity: Our company employs nearly 150 staff from over 25 different countries. Our ongoing exchange and the wide range of different perspectives help us to keep developing and fine-tuning our products.
  • Flexibility: We want to offer our customers flexible solutions going forward. As for our internal organisation: There are no rigid structures within our company. We work on equal terms with our colleagues and maintain flat hierarchies.​
